On a personal note from Inta

At the heart of my work is my commitment to care for people as individuals and their families, especially families.

The direction of my business topics grew out of my own experiences of career / employment, then of business and trying to juggle my own values with work and family; at first with small children and later, still with children and caring for elderly and terminally ill parents. Dealing with it all at once was confronting, very difficult at times, stressful, challenging and heart wrenching.

At the end of the day in our increasingly demanding society, if we can achieve workplace environments that value and respect people then people come home at the end of their day with greater capacity to be the kind of person that helps to create nurturing and positive environments for their children and our communities.
